Computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

- 1 - Contact form: through the contact forms on the Website or on landing pages connected to the Website or created by the Data Controller, personal identification data and contact details are collected, as well as information relating to the specific requests of the interested user. The data, communicated spontaneously by the user, will be processed and used by the Data Controller to contact the user, respond to his requests, provide services, or for other legitimate purposes.
- 2 - Registration to the Reserved Area: the personal data entered spontaneously by the user in the registration form to the Reserved Area are necessary for the purpose of creating the personal profile and to log in. All data sent and collected through the Reserved Area will be used by the Data Controller to respond to specific requests from the registered user (e.g. for the recovery of access credentials, to provide information on the activity of the Data Controller, for the management of the commercial relationship with the user, etc.), as well as to facilitate subsequent relations with the data subject. Registration is possibly necessary for the use of e-commerce functions, if present on the Website.
- 3 - Form for sending newsletters, communications and promotional or informative material: by filling in special forms on the Website or on landing pages connected to the Website or created by the Data Controller, the user can express his consent to the sending, by the Data Controller, of periodic newsletters or communications and promotional or informative material relating to products and services of the Data Controller, as well as events, conventions or congresses, in presence or remotely, organized as part of the activities of the Data Controller. The processing of data (identification data, contact data, other data) for marketing purposes, direct or indirect, is generally subject to the express and optional consent of the user, expressed with a check on the dedicated box in the formula for collecting consent, where there is a link to this Information.
Periodic newsletters or communications and material with promotional or informative content can be sent by the Data Controller to the user also in the mode of so-called direct marketing or soft spam, without the data subject expressing his consent, provided that such communications have the following characteristics:
- are carried out by sending e-mail messages to recipients who have already had commercial relations with the Data Controller, or who have communicated the e-mail address in this context;
- their content relates to products or services identical or similar to those already purchased or used by the recipient, or for which the same has previously shown interest.
In any case, the right of the data subject to unsubscribe from the mailing list is reserved; the action will interrupt the sending of further newsletters or promotional communications.
- 4 - "Job opportunities": in the "Job opportunities" section of the Website, the user can spontaneously send his application to open job positions in the company and submit his Curriculum Vitae to the evaluation by the Data Controller. The data communicated may be used by the Data Controller in the context of the search and selection of personnel, to propose job opportunities and collaboration. The user is asked to confirm the acknowledgment of this Information and to express his possible consent to the use of data for sending promotional or informative material.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The Data Controller may communicate and transfer users' personal data to the other companies of the Group to which it belongs (Named Group), namely Specchiasol S.r.l., Farma-Derma S.r.l., Wellmicro S.r.l., Namedsport S.r.l., New Penta S.r.l., Oliservice S.r.l., guaranteeing that the data will be processed by all Group companies in compliance with the principles set out by the GDPR and within the limits and for the purposes for which they were communicated to Named S.r.l.
Data may also be communicated and transferred to third parties, natural or legal persons, previously identified and appointed by the Data Controller, where necessary, as Data Processors, pursuant to article 28 GDPR, or duly appointed or authorized to process data, belonging to the following categories:

- companies or consultants who provide services for the management of the company information system and the Website;
